Our Worst Stay

Worst stay of out month long trip. Room 514 was claustrophobic with a small window looking out to a building with a hot air vent blowing upward. Smelled of mold. Had to access room from another building. Two elevators and a walk underground through a moldy smelling tunnel. Bathroom was good, Fridge was ok. Bed ok. Desk staff was curt and unfriendly. Should have asked for another room for the price point.

Great location for public transport. Room was quite small for 2 people including luggage but we really only used it to sleep in so managed fine. It was cleaned everyday to some degree including fresh towels. Plenty of food options within walking distance. The adults only pool area was great. Breakfast had lots to choose from. Wouldn’t stay all staff were super friendly but the majority were.

Family of four with two children: We were quite impressed that our room was cleaned everyday, the staff even folded our clothes neatly - we didn't leave any clothes lying around after this because we felt we were giving them extra work. The receptionists were very attentive. The rooftop restaurant had fantastic views - a bit pricey but we ate there twice because of the view. Our only concern is that the pool towels smelled a bit funky, i think because the wet towels are left for a while before being laundered but you can always bring your own towels if you want. Pool could be improved to be more child friendly - it was mostly deep so the children did not have a lot of space. No slides or anything like that. Breakfast buffet had a wide variety of selection and always topped up. Tables cleared efficiently. It's near mellieha bay which is our most favoured beach (we liked this more than golden bay) very clear water and no rocks! It's also near popeye village which is great. Overall very lovely stay for the price we paid (this was cheaper than other hotels but the quality and service was great) it's definitely worth it.

Staff were rude. Didnt sleep due to loud noise in hotel. Mentioned to reception and nothing was done. Went for a spa treatment where the masseuse yawned in my face 4 times.

This was such a beautiful hotel. Our suite had a terrace with the most incredible view of Mellieha Bay. The breakfast exceeded expectations with so many options. The only small negative was an extremely miserable employee named Victorjia who checked us in. Otherwise, stay was perfect.

Loved everything about this property! The people were great, food was incredible, and the adults only rooftop pool was amazing! I would 100% recommend anyone to stay here while traveling in Malta. The bus stop was literally like right outside the doors, it was so convenient for getting around and enjoying Malta!

The staff were all friendly and professional and extremely helpful. The hotel itself has excellent amenities and cleanliness was wxcellent. The hotel location was great with ample choice of restaurants within a couple of minutes of the hotel and even more choice within a 15 minute walk, as is the beach which has great facilities and waterspouts too. We are a family of 5 (kids are 14,12 and 9) and we had a superb week here.
