The apartment is very comfortable and is located at the Sol & Mar residence just 380 meters from the famous Torre dell'Orso bay and the center. The house is on the first floor: 2 bedrooms (2 beds each), kitchen / living room, 3 small terraces, 1 bathroom and 1 underground garage. The distribution of spaces is perfect and the apartment is bright, airy, very comfortable and functional. The furniture is designed in fresh shades combined above all with silver gray and apple green, but every room is a surprise :)
The apartment is located a few steps from the beach, which can therefore be reached on foot or with the bicycles that we provide, as well as the various shops, restaurants and the evening walk among the stalls. The swimming pool offers relaxation and tanning without even leaving the residence. It is possible to have lunch / dinner on one of the terraces, but it is pleasant to have breakfast or have coffee on the other two smaller ones.
The apartment is very complete and everything from the appliance to the accessory is of quality!
The proposed price is ALWAYS all included: final cleaning, utilities, garage, bicycles, kitchen, washing machine, air conditioner, LCD TV, mosquito nets, umbrellas, sheets, towels and even beach towels ...

Très bel appartement
Très bel appartement bien localisé au calme mais aussi proche de la mer et des commerces. Piscine surveillée très appréciable. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Accueil chaleureux de Silvana qui a été très disponible et qui nous a donné plein de bons conseils pour passer un bon séjour.

Appartamento molto accogliente e curato nei dettagli. Collocato a pochi passi dal mare, ci si può arrivate a piedi oppure con le bici messe a disposizione dal proprietario molto gentile e disponibile. Consigliato.

Vacanza con la famiglia
Appartamento molto curato , pulito e con tutti i confort necessari. Arredamento moderno con un tocco di stile, splendidi i quadri alle pareti delle camere. Situato in zona tranquilla a poca distanza dal mare e dal centro del paese. Ci ha accolto con gentilezza e premura la Sig.ra Silvana che si è dimostrata davvero disponibile.
Abbiamo trascorso una splendida vacanza, la consiglierei a chiunque.

Veramente SPECIALE
Proprietà bellissima descritta e mostrata nei minimi particolari, l'accoglienza e la gentilezza dei proprietari non ha eguali, l'appartamento dal vivo è ancora più bello che in foto, talmente curato e rifinito in ogni cosa dal telo mare alle cuffie per il bagno in piscina alle biciclette allo spazio e le pulizie mai trovato una casa del mare così pulita veramente SPECIALE un ringraziamento alla Signora Silvana una padrona di casa veramente SPECIALE.
Un saluto alla Puglia.
