Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Property was being sublet by a tenant who no longer had a lease on it. Turned up and couldn’t access the unit. Rang the strata manager and found out the above information. Got a refund, but took a lot of explaining to finally get Stayz staff to understand what had happened.
