The building is very secure, requiring an access code for entry. Please note there are two floors of stairs from the entrance lobby up to the apartment, and one flight down to the garage so it may not suit guests who prefer to avoid stairs. Each floor boasts an expansive, private deck, perfect for soaking up the sun, enjoying an alfresco dinner or simply relaxing with a coffee while taking in the urban views. Inside, the penthouse is styled in fresh, Scandinavian-inspired dcor with light-filled open spaces, floor-to-ceiling windows and contemporary furnishings. Collingwood Stay
Great property with good sized rooms and lots of natural light. A big alfresco area outside the kitchen/ living would've been great to use if the weather had allowed it! More outside area off the two bedrooms as well.. The only issue was a substantial leak from the deck onto the living room floor because of the amt of rainfall. Otherwise great.
