Location is great, not having a reception is a drawback for check-in, bag storage. Needs a few repairs and could be cleaner but overall style of apartment is good.

The place was pretty nice but royal stays management was very difficult to get through. Communicated multiple times prior to arrival and was told that they could accommodate an earlier check in for an extra fee, but when we arrived it took two hours to sort out. Very hard to dial through, they left us with two rolls of toilet paper for 4 people, a stay of 8 days. Requested 3 times and still never got it, had to buy it. Don’t know if they’re supposed to include any but no toothbrushes, left half a tube of used conditioner and lotion but no shampoo. Weekends are party units above so quite disturbing. The pool and hot tub was fantastic though and location was brilliant. Overall the place is great but management sucks.

We stayed here for 4 nights and every day we were there we had NO HOT WATER in the shower. So in the middle of winter we had to have cold showers our entire stay. Rang up and was told they will look into it and call me back and they never did. Pictures arent of actual apartment we stayed in and the only good thing staying here was location. Parking is at a high rate of $30 per night which I think is fairly expensive.

My daughter found blood stains on the bed sheets, even on the bed as well, meaning they don't even change sheets, reuse without cleaning. Vacuum machine not cleaned completely full of rubbish. Not happy.

Comfortable but not clean

Great location and easy access. Comfortable beds and couches but needs a very good clean. Walls filthy, bathroom needs a good clean and found rubbish in bin from previous person. Emailed manager 2nd day and never heard back. For an apartment that's advertised as able to cook own meals and fully furnished there is next to no stuff to use in the kitchen for cooking. We also put nearly all dishes through a wash as some were dirty. Was OK but won't be back.

Weekend in Melbourne

A good place to stay and clean. Close to the Fire Brigade (trucks at night, but they aren't ok bad) No suit case storage. No reception. It was fine, probably needs some upgrading - handles on bathroom drawer needed, bedroom door doesn't close as hinge is loose. Silly little things that require fixing!
