A spacious 1BR apartment nestled on the Yarra River. Free Parking, Pool, Gym, Disney+, coffee machine. The building sits on the north bank of the Yarra River. A corner apartment on level two, it provides peace and serenity within close proximity to the bustling Melbourne city.
Easy access to Melbourne's restaurants, popular shopping precincts such as Direct Factory Outlets (DFO), Southbank, Crown Casino, Marvel Stadium, MCEC and the Melbourne CBD.

The space
The apartment can sleep up to 4 people with a delightfully comfortable queen size bed in the bedroom as well as a high quality queen size sofa bed that can be made up (please request this in advance). It has a desk, table and chairs for 4 people, fully equipped kitchen, clothes washer & dryer and outdoor balcony access.
Guest access
The apartment provides free internet. Both the bedroom and living area have a television. The 50 inch LED TV in the living area has pre-installed Kayo and Disney+ and a Chromecast for easy ability to cast other streaming services from your phone.

The building is in very close proximity to Woolworths supermarket, cafes and a chemist.

There is a well-equipped gym and indoor pool.

You do not usually need a car while visiting Melbourne but we provide free parking space anyway.
