Several of the listed amenities were not available. The studio apartments lack a dishwasher and laundry services even within the building. The room's condition was heavily worn and unclean particularly the bathtub/shower. Also very limited front desk help. Do yourself a favor and stay at the Melbourne Apt Hotel on Elgin. We used their laundry services and they're very close to the trams. Many eateries nearby too.

An older hotel, but right in the heart of Carlton (although quiet even though it was a Saturday night), very friendly staff, very decent sized room, balcony looking over quite a lovely urban view. Would happily stay there again.
