We booked an early morning shuttle only to be told when we presented they had no driver, surely one of the 2 staff members could have done it, a 5min drive. The restaurant food was quite poor for the price charged.

Very pleased with hotel

Arrived at Melbourne Airport at 2130 hours and the hotel is a short walk away. The hotel is new and very stylish. Clean and modern. The room was a good size and had all that we required. A good night's sleep and it was very quiet. Breakfast selection was very good and we enjoyed it. We used the hotel courtesy bus to get back to the airport terminal in the morning. Very good hotel and would recommend for people needing a stop over close to the airport

The hotel was great and super close to the airport. We would have walked to airport for our flight but I had a broken foot. Saying that the only complaint we had about the airport was the shuttle service to airport. The driver didn’t say one word or ask what part of the airport anyone was going to ( which we had stated when we booked the shuttle at check in). he just dropped us off at the international terminal. Which we needed domestic so had to walk to the other terminal. Also there were more people then could fit in so some people had to wait while he came back. I would stay again as it was super clean and very comfortable.

Convenient for what we needed for the airport, the gym, pool and sauna were great. The restaurant (Italian) however was grossly overpriced and the service was a little confused with tables receiving the wrong orders. The premium price of the food did not match the quality of food and the service provided.
