The kettle was broken when we arrived tried contacting reception via phone multiple times and couldn’t get through, finally got through and was told another would be sent up, the next morning still no kettle I needed to contact reception again, plugged in the toaster to find it set off safety switch and also was not working and needed to have that also replaced, asked for more towels as we were using the pool we were given one towel and told another would be sent to our room which it was not. Cinema not working or available either. There was also an issue with the lift while we were there. Have since spoken to other family members that have stayed over a year ago and they said they encountered very similar issues in their stay.
