Well there was no outdoor pool as advertised so that was disappointing. Also we didn’t know if we had to put dishwasher on, empty bins etc - a guide to the apartment including local cafes or restaurants would have been useful When trying to talk to the Comfy contacts - it was really difficult to understand them and they didn’t seem to understand my questions or spent a long time leaving me on the line not understanding what they were doing!
