The staff was friendly, however everything took over thirty minutes to get when it came to food. Breakfast was not even included in my five day stay and when stay for that long it should hav3 been. I was once even charged for breakfast for sitting with friend and had to tell them I only sat down and did not eat in order to get that bill removed.

Property is clean and has outstanding views of Medelli !! I would definitely stay here again. The location is convenient and safe. I wish they improve on the restaurant and dining/food options within the hotel and include more vegetarian options as well.

Beautiful property. Very new and modern. Beautiful view if you get a room on high up floor. Nice pool. I would definitely stay here again. It’s located on a very busy avenue so not exactly easy to walk to restaurants, bars which what I like. The Santa Fe mall is about a mile walk. Breakfast is buffet style but not enough options and was same thing every day. I stayed 6 days. Food is average but ok.
