Had an okay stay at this property. Staff was friendly and restaurant downstairs was good. My only concern with the unit was an ant problem in the apartment. Tried to clean surfaces myself but it didn’t work. Contacted management and was told the ants came from the balcony. Also make sure you bring enough toilet paper since extra isn’t provided. Also buy paper towels as well. Supermarket is a 5 minute walk away and well stocked. Also the internet can be spotty at night not sure about during the day since we were not there. Also the cleaning fee doesn’t cover you asking for the unit to be cleaned while you are there. They charge extra for that.

Wonderful Location and Property

Modern designed building, beautiful views from the rooftop pool and jacuzzi, great mountain view from the apt. Quiet neighborhood with the exception of the road traffic, we highly recommend staying here.

Nice place in Medellin!

This apartment is great! Nicely located in Poblado near but not in the main strip. The property itself is modern and clean. The owners are quick to respond to questions. The only downside I can mention is that there can be some road noise. I would recommend this to anyone staying in Medellin.

Absolutely stunning Apt

This apartment in Energy Living is an impeccably designed unit with all the luxuries one can imagine. It is beyond spacious and provides a level of comfort unrivaled by any unit in the building. It has luxurious amenities and an incredible view from the spacious balcony. I have stayed at many apartments in this building but none compare to it. It is by far the best unit in the building.

The room and building are awesome. The building is really cool with a rooftop pool with incredible views. The room has an awesome view, huge balcony, spacious bathroom, and a hidden half bath with washer and dryer. I particularly liked the touchcreen lock on the entrance door (no key so you can't loose it). The building has a really cool bar/restaurant in the lobby called Alquimista (I went there everyday and does room service). Also, Ubers never took longer than 3 minutes to arrive and there is grocery store and a mall in just a few minutes walk. The host, Barry B, kept timely contact with me and took care of every request I made. My stay was awesome and I plan to stay there again if the location is free for my next vacation. If you have any doubts about reserving this location, just pull the trigger. You will not be sorry.

The Best of Medellin

Immaculate unit in the best building in Medellin! Very safe area, walkable to all of the amazing restaurants, day or night. Building security is friendly and the Barry and his team always respond instantly. This is the unit you want in this building! I'll be back soon!

Unbelivable place to stay

This property has best location and upgraded to a Smart home. The view from huge balcony is amazing and nothing is like energy building. The hosts went above and beyond for whatever I needed.
