The room was excessively dark--poor lighting, terrible lighting in the bathroom. AND worst of all was the mattress. It was hard like cement. Staff put the comforter from the duvet over the mattress and left me two stiff, heavy wool-like blankets. Staff never brought a new comforter. I slept poorly. I do not recommend this hotel.

También merecen un reconocimiento los meseros y botones, siempre dispuestos con una sonrisa y un servicio impecable. El desayuno es delicioso, variado y servido con esmero. Las habitaciones son cómodas, limpias y bien equipadas. Y el room service… simplemente sin igual. It’s a really nice place close to everything in poblado. Will really recommend for anyone staying in poblado, especially if you are staying with a pet. They are pet friendly.

The hotel is very conveniently located next to 2 shopping malls, Oviedo and Santafe. ALL staff members were very helpful, friendly, qualified and prompt in their service. Special small tokens, such as chocolate when beds were turned down, fruit dish, daily information on weather condition is something that is highly appreciated. Eventhough there was a small reconstruction to the front of the building, we did not experience any noise inconvenience. Last but certainly not least... their beds and especially the pillows are the best! Highly recommended and we would certainly repeat our stay!

Great location, clean, close to many great restaurants, malls and stores. The staff was very nice and the breakfast was great. There is some renovation going on but it didn’t affect our experience. Highly recommend the bar, the cocktails were better than other popular places in the area.
