We had a very nice and clean room. I would like to mention that the employees at this hotel were all very courteous, welcoming and helpful. I want to thank Luis from the front desk for a warm welcoming on our check in day, Luis from the restaurant that had a big smile every morning and was very attentive with our needs at breakfast time, and Jorge from the reception that booked our tour and greeted us every day and was very helpful. Evelyne and the female chef that were very friendly. Only feedback is that the jacuzzi outside on the patio were very dirty. Thank you for a great vacation!
