Devolución de dinero

Buenos días, nunca pude alojarme en este apartamento debido a que nunca le ingreso el dinero al anfitrión y este no nos dejo hospedar. Estamos esperando que ustedes me realicen la devolución del dinero que me debitaron de mi tarjeta o que se lo paguen al anfitrión para que ella me lo devuelva. Muy muy pésima página
