Every room has its own bathroom plus door opens from hallway as a social bathroom, the place came out incredible with a small hot tub room for everyone to use, balcony and washer dryer, good wifi. The apartment has an interior locked staircase that goes up to another 3 bedroom for large parties. Beds are all of good size, 2 queens and 1 king. The kitchen came out the best with a look that rivals any American homes kitchen. BBQ on small deck and the walk to park lleras is 3 blocks. Guests are always free and you can have them. Each room has a wall safe.
Close to ATMs and supermarkets are half a block to the exito express.

Small things cause big problem
In one of the rooms the AC was leaking and caused the towels to get wet and mold on the dresser. The kitchen counter top. Was on the floor when we came back for dinner
