Room ok, toilet was very bad, from day one it was flooding, notified front desk numerous times with no response or outcome, I complained to the manager stating I’ll put a review and had no reaction from the manager who didn’t seem to care, no fresh towels were supplied. Had the worse experience

It was an exceptionally good stay and AlhamdulAllah Novotel hasn’t disappointed at all. We are grateful to respected Receptionist lady who has helped our family of 5 with great care and helped facilitating joint room for comfort.
