there is no shuttle service for 24 hours there is only one bus and it has its pwn timing and even not for every prayer time. bus go toward haram 2 to 3 hours before prayer and after prayer bus come back from haram after 2 to 3 hours mean bus is of no use . and taxi charge 15 to 20 riyal by 1 side

Room was in very poor condition it was dirty, the carpet was dirty, the sink drain was broken, the bedding smelled bad, the bathroom was dirty and the towels were used and dirty. The location was not too far from the Haram, but the room condition was really bad. I stayed at an Ibis hotel before but this Ibis was poor.

Hotel was shut down by the local authorities. They're now refusing to refund my booking, despite them being shut down. What stupidity. Thankfully, we are protected by regulations such as the Section 75 claim.

THEY WERE SHUT DOWN BY THE LOCAL AUTHORITIES

The hotel was shut shut down by the local authorities. You can imagine our shock when we reached at 1am,with a young child and elderly parents. Neither they or hotels.com bothered to inform us. We had to pay a premium to find alternative accommodation at such short notice. Don't even get me started on the stress and hassle we had to go through.
