There were several problems: the major one was that the door locks almost never worked. New cards did not help, so we resorted to one of us staying in the room to let the other one in. When we checked out, the desk clerk said that they knew of the problem and a new system of locks was due to be installed. The second problem was cleanliness: there was a chocolate ball on the floor near our bed (did the room get vacuumed after the last guest?) and the hall carpet had lots of dirty spots. Positive notes were that the bed was very comfortable, the rest of the room was clean, and the breakfast was good.

Great experience other than the people beside us were very loud and had their TV up loud. I contact the front office, they handled it in a timely manner. The other issue was breakfast was to run until 9 AM at 8:45, They were already cleaning up.

It is a newer, clean, nice hotel with a good staff. It received a lower rating because of several things. The tv did not work in the entire hotel during our extended stay. The laundry machines did not work which we needed. The pool was undergoing maintenance and only opened a day or two before we left. We should’ve received a discount.
