Overall experience was great

Went to check in and Desk worker politely said just a minute then disappeared for 10 minutes. Came back and was polite and everything but we had traveled for hours and just wanted to get our room. We were the only people checking in at 7:30. Room was great and breakfast the next morning was great.

Front desk person makes all the difference

We stayed here after a concert at the nearby casino. The front desk person that checked us in was great! Very knowledgeable and friendly. We did stop at the front desk to pick up a couple sodas later in the evening and the person helping was definitely not as good as the person working earlier. Not attentive to the people in front of us. Took a while to know how to charge the soda to my room.

Friendly Staff & Family Hotel

Friends and I brought the kids for NYE since there wasn’t anything to do in town. They all had a great time in the pool. The staff is so nice and kind. They were not strict, just very accommodating. We all had an amazing time there.

Very clean room and the room was cleaned while we were away after just one night (we stayed 2 nights) . Have not had that service in ANY hotel on multiple trips since 2020. Very helpful friendly staff. Quiet building. Would highly recommend
