The townhouse was great layout for our group. We found it difficult to get kayaks down to the lake. It’s a bit of a hike to the lake access, hilly and unsteady carrying the boats. But everything else regarding location was great. The townhouse is dog friendly, and while it appeared clean, there was a strong urine smell in the home when we arrived. We bought air fresheners to absorb odors. After the second day that seemed to work however, the odor never quite left the threshold of the front door. This home has a severe sugar ant problem. We had to keep all food (even non-refrigerated food) in the fridge to prevent ants getting into it. The ant and odor issues need to be addressed—if done, I would definitely stay here again.
