a few concerns...

The layout of the house was good, and it was in good condition. However: --All but two of the electric blinds do not work due to dead or weak batteries. We submitted a work request early in the week but nothing was done. All but two blinds are closed, which makes the house very dark. We also need directions for how to operate the remote. --There was no binder in the house with info about the house. We had many questions... --The internet coverage was poor outside of the basement. You need a stronger router. --We saw a mouse in the kitchen. --Many bulbs were burned out. --Dimmers in some locations would be nice. --The HVAC is very poorly designed for summer temperatures. The basement was 10-15 degrees colder than the main floor and the second floor was 10-15 degrees warmer than the main floor. There was only one register in the basement and only one register per room on the second floor. Consider a second AC zone for the second floor. --The outside AC unit was noisy and very audible from the main outdoor living areas. It should be moved around the corner to the front of the house.

Great House

The house was beautiful! The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen is well stocked with a crockpot, blender, waffle iron, two coffee pots for regular and keurig. I brought way too much that I didn’t need! The only disappointment was the community pool, it was very dirty and most of the chairs were broken. But the house was just fabulous the pictures do not do it justice!

Great Place To Stay

Went on a family vacation. The house was perfect. The basement gave the kids their own space to hang out. The kids were also able to ride bikes to swim, play tennis and basketball. The swimming area also provided a little playground for the younger kids, which was nice. The house was extremely peaceful. Beautifully laid out and very clean. Highly recommend this property.

Amazing spot

I stayed here with my family for my dad’s 60th birthday trip. The place we clean, comfortable and fun. I’d stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a solid house in deep creek. We had a good time !

Awesome home

This house was awesome. It was so new and clean and open. We saw all different kids of wildlife in the yard and neighborhood. Our children loved the whole experience and the game room was a real winner for them. We would absolutely stay here again.

Family Getaway

The inside of house is like brand new. The outside furniture needed to be cleaned. The kitchen is well stocked with plates, cups and pot and pans but there is no extras. You need to bring everything for cooking. Condiments, foil, plastic wrap, spices. There is no soap in the bathrooms and no trash pickup or outside containers. The house is in a beautiful setting. A lot of nature and wildlife.
