LOCATION & ATTRACTIONS:
In the heart of Massanutten Village, our home is within 5 minutes of all the Massanutten Resort amenities has to offer including: skiing, snowboarding, go karts, mini golf, mountain biking, extensive hiking, Indoor/Outdoor Water Park, Day Spa, indoor pool, basketball, and much more. You’re also close to all of the exploring that awaits in Shenandoah National Park, Shenandoah River and Luray Caverns. You can also catch a sporting event at James Madison University a short drive away.

IMPORTANT RULES WITHIN MASSANUTTEN: This home is in a private residential neighborhood and is part of the Massanutten Property Owners Association (MPOA), governed by its rules and regulations. There are rental homes in all MPOA neighborhoods, but people also live here. Your nearby neighbors may be full-time residents, including families with children, retirees, second-home owners and other guests enjoying their retreat.

NOISE:
• Quiet hours: 10 PM - 7 AM.
• Keep noise indoors during these hours.
• No excessive noise at any time, as judged by MPOA or its assigned agents.

PARKING:
• Keep all tires off the road.
• Don’t block fire hydrants or park in front of another property without written approval from your host.
• Park only in designated areas or overflow lot (4007 Peak Dr., Massanutten, VA 22840
• No buses, campers, or RVs to be parked at homes or on roads. Overflow lot is available with written approval from your host.

OUTDOOR FIRES:

Loved staying at A-Frame of Mind

We loved this house! It’s very clean, with comfortable beds and fun decor! The location was perfect for a weekend of mountain biking. Easy access to both the bike park and the western slope. We enjoyed the hot tub after a day of riding. We really appreciate that the hosts allow pets! Highly recommend this house and would stay here again.

We had a great time. 6 adults, 4 young children and a dog. The house was clean, well stocked and in good condition. Nice quiet neighborhood. The kids enjoyed the swings in the back. Delightful house, quiet but close to activities

Big highlights:- Clean, well-appointed home- Great location- Great communication throughout stayThe host provided a lot of information and communication prior to arrival, which made check-in really easy. Home was very well appointed - well-stocked kitchen, towels galore, and everything was as described. Love the little extra touches, like informational signs throughout, a coffee machine in the "master" upstairs, and well-decorated. We did have a couple of questions that came up during the stay, and the host was extremely responsive throughout. The home's location is also really convenient. I can see how in the winter you're going to want 4WD - this is a mountain town, and mountains can be tricky in cold/ slick weather! But outside of snow or ice, everything was well marked getting in and out, and home was close to the key activities while also being far enough out that it felt quiet and removed. Neighbors are close, but everyone was very respectful of the quiet hours and friendly!
