I was relocated 3 times to correct issues with various rooms around the property. The first room had roaches. Second room was extremely dirty and missing basic necessities to stay in the room. The third room was fine but by that point I was exhausted and disgusted. Expedia was no help to get a refund so I was forced to stay. The only pleasant thing was the front desk staff. They were understanding and helpful. Never again.

Extended Stay McDonough GA was another good one. My room was clean and stocked up with a sufficient amount of towels. The hotel staff overall (front desk, cleaning crew, etc.) is always so kind & helpful.

I like i that finally got a room to sleep, when I booked a month ahead. I definitely dislike how the bed sheets had spot and stains on them .then I got put into a one king bedroom when I booked for two two queen beds.i dislike how there was no communication ahead to let me they had no room left, when we booked a month ahead.we waited closed to 3 hours to finally get two separate rooms. Overall id you asked how was my stay Id say i tolerated it. But at least i wish I had some sort discount for the inconvenience. I feel like management needs serious work to be done.

Nice hotel….not so nice stay!

The hotel was quite nice, very clean! We had a problem with the noise from the rooms above ours. There were children running up and down the stairs and hallway and jumping off furniture or jumping up and down. The noise was loud and endless!! Each of us went down to the desk 2-3 times to ask for something to be done. Each time the noise continued Finally my husband went down and asked for a refund or to be moved. FINALLY we were given a room on the top floor. Hard to believe that wasn’t offered sooner since there seemed to be no control over the noise situation. It’s a shame because we thought the hotel was very nice!!
