It was smaller than the pictures showed, no AC at all, and the only bathroom is downstairs and it's small. It was a great place for my honeymoon, but wasn't expecting it to look so run down. The kitchen and living room were beautiful and spacious, and it was beautifully decorated, just small for my taste, the hot tub was really nice, although the jets were messed up and not working half of the time. The host didn't respond to most of the questions I had which were very few, I had to call them because of no answer. If you're looking for something small in the winter time, this place is pretty nice, not great for spring and summer unless you like to be hot all the time.
