The Westin Poinsett in Greenville went above and beyond to make my mom’s birthday truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, the staff treated us with such warmth and care that it felt like they were celebrating right alongside us. Every detail, from the thoughtful touches in the room to the attentive service throughout our stay, unexpected room service of chocolate covered strawberries, showed how much they genuinely value their guests. The hotel itself is stunning—historic charm blended perfectly with modern comfort—but it was the hospitality that stood out most. My mom kept saying over and over how special she felt, and that’s a gift I’ll always be grateful for. The Westin Poinsett team turned what could have been just another birthday into a cherished memory she’ll never forget. I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough, not just for the beautiful property but for the people who make it exceptional.
