This house offers travellers a place to relax in the middle of nature. Beside it, a river flows by and from its garden, the sound of water can be heard. The house has 6 beds in three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. Although equipped with all the comforts (dishwasher, washing machine, etc.) it maintains its rustic character in its facade, interior stone walls, wooden floors, and fireplace.
From the house it is possible to access the many beaches in the surrounding area in less than 15 minutes by car. The nearest beach is Cóbreces, but the beach of Comillas and even San Vicente de la Barquera is not far away and can be reached in a few minutes by the A.8 motorway.
Santander, and the Cabarceno Nature Park are about 40 km away by motorway and Santillana del Mar is only about 15 minutes away by regional roads. The medieval village of Bárcena Mayor and the Foramontanos Route are only a few kilometres from the house. And less than an hour away is the Hermida gorge to get to Potes, to Fuente Dé on the southern slope of Picos de Europa.
