New to the market! Unwind lakeside at this spacious, newly renovated, ranch style lake home. Many homes on this lake require you to cross a busy road to access the lake. Not this one! On over 1 acre on a dead-end road with over 200' of lakefront, this serene 3,700 sq. ft. retreat offers a peaceful escape for guests seeking relaxation, comfort, and breathtaking views of the lake and mountains from the house and private backyard. With four cozy bedrooms, including two queen beds, one full bed, and 3 twin beds, and additional air mattresses if needed, everyone will find their perfect spot to recharge. The three and half bathrooms are equipped with amenities including towels, bathtub, jetted bathtub and shower, ensuring a refreshing start to each day. The kitchen includes a double oven, gas stovetop, dishwasher, toaster, microwave and Keurig coffee machine. Feel at home with convenient features such as heating, central A/C, washer & dryer, iron, and Wi-Fi. TVs are modern, enabling access to all streaming platforms. On-site parking for up to 6 vehicles. Food and drinks at Sport Island Pub are less than a half mile away and the picturesque village of Northville is just over 1 mile away with quaint restaurants, shops, and all your grocery and fueling needs. Albany Airport is just under an hour away.

This location is perfect for summer activities including hiking and biking. Enjoy use of the private dock to dock your boat (Free NYS boat launch about one mile away), swim, fish, or paddleboard using the 2 provided. Life vests are available for use. Relax and make memories roasting marshmallows with your family around the massive lakefront firepit, play pool and games in the great room, or enjoy the shade and lake breeze on the multiple seating areas on the large deck. Access to Northampton Private beach is just 1/2 mile down the road where the kids can play in the sand and use the water slide!

Please note that children are welcomed, but this property is not "child-proof"; the dock is accessed using stairs leading to the water, so supervision is necessary.

7 night minimum Memorial Day to Labor day with a Saturday to Saturday check-in/check-out.(We do make exceptions from time to time for shorter stays, so please reach out to see if we can accommodate you).

Great communication with host. The house had an amazing view of the lake that we miss seeing! House could use a little bit of deep cleaning, but did not affect our stay. Walk down to the dock can be a little dangerous.

Beautifully appointed and welcoming home with huge playable back yard and gorgeous lake frontage. We do all our own cooking and the kitchen had everything we needed plus the extras like dish soap and trash bags that some properties don't supply. Excellent spot for a family get together or just to get away and have plenty of lake time. Steep stairs down to the dock but we had little ones (age 4 and up) that had no problems. Love the quiet and safe dead end road which added to the peaceful vibe. We have family get togethers once a year and this was the best location and home we've been to! Highly recommend
