QUIET VILLA WITH 2500 SQM. FENCED GARDEN

This peaceful, charming and independent property is located in the countryside of the splendid Salento and is ideally located for exploring, also, the beautiful coasts from Gallipoli to Santa Maria di Leuca in Otranto. Lecce, the baroque city, is easily reachable just 40 min. of cars. I highly recommend you to visit this beautiful and enchanting city, with the magnificent historical center in which they are located: the cathedral, the cathedral, the Roman amphitheater, the churches and many old narrow streets characterized by numerous shops, pubs, restaurants, craft workshops and theaters. For an alternative day or an evening out, Gallipoli is 15 min. by car with its bars, restaurants, pizzerias, shops and boulevards on the sea.
Matino and Parabita are only 3 min. by car. In these two cities you can find supermarkets, shops and restaurants, bars and ice cream parlors.
I highly recommend tasting the Mediterranean cuisine, known all over the world. In particular: pucce, frize, rustic, homemade pasta, ice cream and pasticciotti.

Guests are free to use 2,500 sq m. an enclosed garden full of fruit trees, aromatic herbs, flowers and an ideal play area for children to let off steam.
The house has been recently restored.
It is a welcoming and comfortable house, on the ground floor, suitable for families with babies and children. It is also suitable for hosting two families or two couples or a group of friends.
When you wake up in the morning, what's better to start the day by having breakfast on the terrace in front to watch the birds circling in the sky.
There is a living room with TV and two bedrooms with a double bed and a bunk bed. One bedroom has a private bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet, sink and hairdryer. The second one has an adjacent bathroom with shower, bidet, toilet, sink and a hairdryer.
On the back there is a small kitchen and, for outdoor dining, there is the second patio with table and chairs. To enjoy the beautiful countryside there is a barbecue with another large stone table with a marble top next to it.

Each single supply of white towels and bed linen costs 15 euros per person.
The apartment is professionally and thoroughly cleaned before your arrival.
Well behaved dogs are welcome with an extra 60.00 euros to cover the additional cleaning.
