I haven't stayed at No 1 for a few years and was pleasantly surpised. Rennovated in light colours and our room was perfectly clean. Linen and pillows good quality. Liked the choice of ceiling fan and or aircon. Excellent water pressure which can be hit or miss in Cambridge. My only dislike is that you cannnot open the windows to allow for a nautural breeze and airing of the room.

Although the exterior looks a little rough and the room was small, the room was spotless, the beds and pillows were super comfie. More like a hotel room than a motel. Room had just been painted and only a few of the usual items you'd expect to find had been placed back in the room. The underlying feeling is that it's past its use by date.
