Comfortable and spacious holiday flat located on the top floor with incredible views of the sea and mountains. Traditional Tuscan touches such as exposed beam ceilings, terra cotta floors and tiled bathrooms are enhanced with comfortable furnishings. Fully outfitted kitchen is open to the dining area and large living room. Free wi-fi is provided throughout the grounds. There is a laundry room on site. Shared pool is spacious with incredible views of both the hillside and Viareggio coast. Surrounded by several different gardens there is ample space to enjoy outdoor activities and outdoor dining. BBQ grills and equipment are provided as are umbrellas and tables for dining al fresco. Extremely family friendly with baby cots available as well as high chairs and toys for children of all ages.

The villa is located just minutes from the seaside resort town of Viareggio with kilometers of sandy beaches, shopping, restaurants of all types and many different nature parks and outdoor activities. With the famous towns of Pisa, Lucca, Florence, Siena, Cinqueterre and more close by we have the perfect location for both relaxing by the pool or getting out and seeing the beauty of Tuscany and beyond. The pool at the villa is a favorite spot for our guests, as is the terraced citrus garden with gazebos, tables and chairs and bbq grills for outdoor dining and relaxing.
