The home has a feel of a homestead with a beautiful sunset view over Johns Pond with its own private beach. The neighborhood is very safe and peaceful and also has its own community beach.

The main house is offered with a side small attached unit.

After your day of exploring the cape, its time to take a glass of wine to the deck sit back and put your feet up. Enjoy the sunset but don’t forget to take a look in the front yard, You can see the moon rising.
