A lovely stay. We arrived late at night after flying in and staff were very helpful. We were able to get an extra hour late check-out as we arrived at 1am. Was helpful to have the fridge and microwave.

Ideal stay close to the expo center

The room is spacious, as is the bathroom. The hotel is right next to a shopping mall with a gym, restaurants, and several supermarkets nearby. It has a nice pool and a very basic gym. Breakfast offers a wide variety of options. While it's a bit far from the city center, it’s close to the metro and perfect for nearby meetings or exhibitions at the convention center. The staff is friendly and very helpful.

Love staying here. My only choice in Singapore staff so friendly, thankyou Matay for your wonderful service when checking in. Also thankyou Leslie and Mitvindra for great service as well. Rooms are always clean and big, close to Expo MRT and mall next door. Stayed here 8 times and never disappointed

The location was great. It was only 10 -12 minutes drive to the airport and the shopping centre was opposite. My king size bed and room was bigger than I thought it would be and the clothes storage was great! The staff were very welcoming and helpful. I really appreciated being able to check in 2 hours earlier! Thank you.

Excellent Stay – Clean, Convenient, and Relaxing I stayed at Dorsett Changi and was very impressed. The location is excellent—just minutes from Changi Airport and right next to the MRT, which made it very easy to get around. The hotel itself is modern and spotlessly clean, with comfortable rooms and friendly, efficient staff. One of the highlights was the lovely pool area—perfect for unwinding after a long day. Great value for money, and I’d happily stay again!

The temperature in our room was too cold and we were not able to adjust it. As Canadians we like a cool room but this was way too cool. There was only one outlet where we could charge our devices.

We couple booked a king size bed and were notified that we have to change to a twin beds room when we checked in. Also, the sink of the bath shower does not work. It took around 1 hour for the staff to fix it… This happened when we arrived at 12am in the evening…

staffs are great. great location--MTR, shopping centre, plenty of restrarants are in the changi city point are close to the hotel. My room has a small kitchen and I enjoyed cooking for myself and grocery store is nearby. During my stay, the renovation is underway and the noise is very constant and loud. Despite this, my stay in the hotel is still positive.
