After only an hour in this room I can honestly say I will never ever ever stay here again. This room is absolutely gross. There is some orange stuff along with big strands of hair all over the folded towels in be bathroom. Then peel the blankets off one bed and I notice that the sheets are covered in brown stains. Not to mention two of the pillows have brown stains too. My skin itches laying in the other bed. I can’t believe I paid to stay in this place. I would not recommend it to anyone. It does not feel clean at all

The hotel itself was clean and the front desk clerk was friendly. A couple issues with my room. The outlet behind the microwave was sticking out of the wall. The faucet by the microwave was incredibly loose. Thought I'd snap it off turning on the water. The main light in the bathroom didn't work. The stopper was missing in the huge tub so i couldn't enjoy it. The room was clean and had a keurig coffee maker so that was nice.

Room was clean and smelled strongly of cleaning supplies. We had an Accessible room but the accessibility features, while possibly ok for someone in a wheelchair, were not useful for my orthopedically challenged husband. The shower is a tub/shower combo and has no grab bar in a useful position for someone standing. There is a decent, firm armchair- something frequently absent in modestly priced rooms.

Breakfast was good, & staff was great! The room was a bit dirty though. Sheets had debris and stains, lady bugs on the ceiling, lots of spots were caked in dust like the base of the standing lamp, back & base of TV, bedside lamps. Soap holder near sink had soap scum still on it, and the tub ledges had quite a bit of lint/hair in the corners.

The room was clean except somebody's leftovers were in the frig. You could tell they are in the middle of renovation, but, overall it was clean and the staff were helpful and nice.

Property is in desperate need of updating and repair. Room was dark even with lights on. Curtains don't open and and were broken. Carpet...ick and bathroom, well i used the toilet, husband used shower and there was no soap in the dispenser. If needing a room in future willingly to pay more for better accommodations. Staff was great.
