I have to say my stay at this Best Western was disappointing. I have stayed at another Best Western Plus just 2 weeks ago and had a very good experience, but the cleanliness of this Best Western was subpar at best. There was mold in the shower and I saw gum stuck to the floor of my room. However the worst part were the towels. They were dirty, and the stains seems to be baked in. I asked the front desk for another set of towels, and the 2nd set were still dirty, with visible black spots on the towels. The 3rd set of towels were finally clean. I would have rated this hotel worse if the front desk staff were less accomodating. In addition, the breakfast was just sort of edible, with rubbery scrambled eggs and cold sausage. I wasn't expecting gourmet food, but this hotel fell short even compared to other Best Westerns I've been to.

Clean room with sitting area and good lighting. Hot and cold breakfast items and made to order omelets. Nice to have cappuccino/expresso maker. Loved having the water bottle refill station. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Comfortable room with nice sunset view over cornfield. Breakfast was fine, but more fruit would be nice, space was hectic, and if you can manage it, having a second person on staff to help with breakfast would be good.

Our first room was not so good. The staff helped us move and they are great. The hotel needs a renovation. This hotel gets full for all the events that come through Crawfordsville. It really needs an update. The staff is great. Vera and Carley (I think) GREAT. That’s how this hotel gets the stars. There’s not enough seating for breakfast for all the guests. There is lots of space in the lobby to add more tables.

The kitchenette was clean and exceded my expectations. The room had a crisp feel, was spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. It's a very quiet hotel.
