The house itself is beautiful! Exactly as pictured and the view is stunning. The master room is a tad small but our group had no issues with that. I would recommend more comfortable seating options. We had a big group and only 5 people had a couch or comfy chair to sit on.

We had a wonderful stay at this Mars Hill cabin and couldn't have asked for more. The views from the property are breathtaking, and soaking in the hot tub after a day of exploring was the perfect way to unwind. The location is fantastic — close to Hatley Pointe and just a short drive to the Appalachian Trail at Sams Gap, so there's easy access to both mountain activities and beautiful hiking.The cabin itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the main floor living space was cozy and inviting.We did have one hiccup — the hot water heater went out for a day — but the host responded quickly and had it fixed in no time, even though it was a holiday weekend. That kind of responsiveness really says a lot about how well this place is managed.Everything about this stay felt relaxing and well cared for. We'd happily book again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful mountain escape with easy access to outdoor adventure.
