Nous sommes un groupe de Canadiens de 8 personnes.Lors de notre recherche, trois critĂšres essentiels avaient motivĂ© notre choix :la prĂ©sence de quatre chambres,une localisation Ă  moins de dix minutes de Marrakech,une piscine chauffĂ©e et utilisable toute l’annĂ©e.À notre arrivĂ©e le premier soir, nous avons effectivement constatĂ© la prĂ©sence de quatre chambres. Toutefois, l’une d’entre elles est situĂ©e au sous-sol et accessible par l’arriĂšre de la villa. Cette configuration ne constituant pas un problĂšme en soi, elle aurait nĂ©anmoins mĂ©ritĂ© d’ĂȘtre prĂ©cisĂ©e dans l’annonce.En revanche, la localisation rĂ©elle de la villa ne correspond pas Ă  la description figurant dans votre annonce. Celle-ci indiquait une situation dans le quartier de Mechouar-Kasbah, Ă  environ huit minutes en voiture de la place Jemaa el-Fnaa, sept minutes Ă  pied du centre commercial Al Mazar Mall, et dix minutes de l’aĂ©roport.Or, la villa se situe en rĂ©alitĂ© bien plus au sud, dans une zone accessible par une route secondaire, et Ă  environ quarante-deux minutes de la place Jemaa el-Fnaa en conditions de circulation fluide. Cette diffĂ©rence de localisation a Ă©tĂ© source d’une grande dĂ©ception dĂšs notre arrivĂ©e, notamment pour les membres du groupe ayant rejoint la villa directement depuis l’aĂ©roport en taxi, qui ont rapidement constatĂ© l’écart significatif entre la localisation annoncĂ©e et la rĂ©alitĂ©.Le lendemain matin, le 31 dĂ©cembre, nous avons dĂ» retourner en ville afin de louer des vĂ©hicules, compte ten
