A recommander vivement !

Nous avons passĂ© une semaine dans ce petit coin de paradis au cƓur de la mĂ©dina. Ce Riad est trĂšs beau, trĂšs propre, dĂ©corĂ© avec goĂ»t, mĂȘlant modernitĂ© et tradition et Ă©quipĂ© de la wifi (la vitesse de connexion est vraiment performante). Nous avons logĂ© dans la chambre dotĂ©e du petit balcon, un vrai plus. L'accueil y est irrĂ©prochable. Fatima et son personnel sont des hĂŽtes hors pair, aux petits soins pour leurs visiteurs. La piscine, bien que petite, est bien agrĂ©able. Quelle joie de pouvoir se rafraĂźchir aprĂšs une journĂ©e de visite bien chargĂ©e. La terrasse est aussi la bienvenue pour profiter du soleil de Marrakech. Fatima est Ă©galement une cuisiniĂšre Ă©mĂ©rite. Tout est bon, et frais, du petit dĂ©jeuner au dĂźner. Nous recommandons vraiment cet endroit Ă  quiconque souhaiterait visiter la ville.

Service impeccable

Nous avons passé 4 nuits exceptionnelles dans ce Riad dans un cadre idyllique, propre et trés bien entretenu, malgré le contraste entre le riad et l'extérieur de la Medina. Nous retenons surtout de ce séjour, la gentillesse, le professionnalisme et la bonne cuisine de la gouvernante Fatima qui nous a concocté un delicieux couscous et tajine qui resteront inoubliable. Riad fortement recommandé.

Riad moderne bien aménagé. Finalement à un km de la Place .Jemaa el Fna Tout prÚs de la porte "BAB AYLAN" à 20 minute à pied du palais de Bahia et du quartier juif. La taxe de séjour est à payer à l'arrivée.

HĂŽtel accueillant dans quartier authentique

C'est avec beaucoup de simplicité que nous avons été accueilli dans ce riad et son quartier. Situé à proximité d'une des portes de la ville, cela permet de trouver facilement un taxi pour se rendre en excursion. Situé à l'est de la vieille ville, nous avons n'avions pas besoin de prendre de taxi ou autre moyen de locomotion pour visiter les différents quartiers de la médina.

riad decoration moderne bien equipé

nous sommes venus pour un sejour de 5 jours/4nuits quand nous sommes arrivés dans cette petite rue etroite, d abord inquiets, la beauté et le modernisme du riad nous a tout de suite séduit. meme si ce riad est un peu loin des centres d interets et de la place djelma el fna, il offre un confort et une prestation de qualité. dommage que la piscine n etait pas chauffée (suite à un problÚme de chaudiÚre). nous avons également apprécié les petits déjeuners préparés par Fatima. son accueil chaleureux nous a tout de suite mis à l aise et nous donnait envie de coocooner dans notre chambre

Good for the price

The riad is fine, but not spectacular. Half of our group spoke some French, half did not. Other reviews say you need French to stay here, but I think if you are friendly and patient, you can get by without it. Breakfast was good. Wifi works well. Showers were good and hot! Heaters in the room were very effective. We booked transport to the riad from the airport through their recommended taxi. It was easy and convenient, and a worker from the riad met our taxi to walk us through the maze - I would recommend this if you are traveling with a lot of baggage or children. The location is fine, but not ideal. It is a bit of a hike from the main sections of the medina, but nothing unbearable...maybe 20 minutes.

Although the staff didn't speak much English, we got by using a mixture of hand signals, French and English! Lovely place, a little out the way if you're worried about walking back late at night. Felt very secure and peaceful once inside though. Breakfast was pancakes, bread, croissants honey and jam. Not to my taste but OK if you like that sort of thing.

petit riad surprenant, bien ĂȘtre total

Une végétation luxuriante, un bassin/piscine, une propreté irréprochable dans les chambres et les parties communes, une jolie terrasse solarium. Un personnel aux petits soins, trÚs gentil. Nous avons eu l'occasion de diner au riad, Fatima nous a régalé. C'est un plus cher que sur la place Jemaa, bien sur, mais d'une qualité incomparable. Nous avons eu beaucoup de pluie au début du séjour. Les enfants ont pu regarder des films sur le home cinema. Le quartier est trÚs typique, loin des usines à touristes. La place Jemaa el Fna est à environ 15mn à pied. c'est trÚs rapide pour y accéder. Pour les voyageurs véhiculés,il y a un parking gardé à l'entrée de la porte de Bab Aylen, à 3mn du riad. Nous gardons un excellent souvenir de cet endroit et le recommandons vivement. si vous avez le choix de la chambre, la rose est trÚs agréale car elle possÚde un petit balcon. Une derniÚre chose, l'option transfert pour arriver au riad n'est pas un luxe. nous la recommandons car l'accÚs au riad n'est pas aisé la premiÚre fois.

Lovely and clean noone had a word of English, we got really overcharged for taxis, 600MAD (€60) for a trip to the Gardens, shops etc. This really put a dampner on our stay. It was really nice though a 20 minute walk from any of the sights. But the charges were exorbidant, so we will not go there again.

Good location and breakfast, lonely at night

Breakfast was very good, with crepes, bread and coffee and no specific times to have breakfast. Fatima, the owner, was very very helpful and very good people. Only disadvantage for us was that no one in the Riad spoke English. Location is good as is 20 min walk from the touristy plaza so on your way there you get to know the rest of Marrakesh. Streets are safe during the day but get sketchy after 9pm. Unfortunately the Riad has no staff at night and if there is no other guests in the Riad you can find yourself in this big house on our own which is quite scary. If going in winter rooms are quite cold.

Riad Tchina - Nice but be prepared to walk

The riad itself is lovely however it's location is not so great. It is a 20 min walk to the main square which is essentially where you need to go to get any sort of food/drink etc. The neighborhood is friendly but very much in the heart of the local area and you will stand out like a sore thumb! Also make sure you get the telephone number of the riad in advance as we arrived and there was no one to greet us. Luckily a guest staying at the hotel heard us banging on the door and came to open it for us. Once inside we called them and they came over immediately but as the language barrier was a problem we couldn't explain what had gone wrong. Next time i would definitely stay close to the square.

Riad Tchina was great

We stayed at Riad Tchina for 2 nights and had a great time. The women who run this hotel are so friendly, welcoming and helpful. They helped us with everything we needed and gave us lots of tips. The place is about 15 mins walk from the centre of the Medina which may discourage some visitors to the city but if the walk doesn't scare you, this place is highly recommended.

accueil sympathique, ne pas hésiter à téléphoner si vous avez des difficultés à trouver la riad. Bab Ferrhane (non spécifié sur les documents de voyage). calme mais il n'y avait que nous dans la riad la premiÚre nuit et 2 autres personnes les 2 suivantes. sur 1 total de 5 chambres. personnel serviable, agréable. petit déjeuner correct sans plus. dßner sur commande cher et trÚs decevant par rapport à ce que l'on peut trouver en ville. taxi pour retour à l'aéroport, c'était plutÎt un ami de la maison, prix et service similaire à un vrai taxi.

incredible.

everything was amazing about this hotel! the woman who ran the place was so sweet and friendly. she let me leave my bags when i went for a desert excursion and she got me a stick for wireless internet for my laptop at no extra charge and she helped get me acquainted with the place and the directions to and from the medina straight away. i had fresh milwi crepes with honey, fresh squeezed oj and strong coffee every morning at whatever time i wanted. the pool was refreshing and the terrace was gorgeous. the air con was so handy. you can't beat the price for the quality and location! it was so comfortable and i felt right at home. :)

Tres propre - Service irréprochable

Venant de Normandie, nous y avons séjourné du 16 au 23 octobre 2010. Le riad est trÚs calme et trÚs propre. L'accueil a été trÚs chaleureux malgré notre heure d'arrivée tardive à cause d'un problÚme dans le vol (1h du matin). Nous n'y avons pas diné. Le petit déjeuner a toujours été copieux (les petites crÚpes carrées sont succulentes) et toujours servi avec le sourire. Loin du centre pour les non marcheurs, mais il est facile d'attraper un taxi à Bab Aylen (5 minutes à pied).

Das GĂ€stehaus befindet sich im östlichen Teil der Altstadt. Als Ortsunkundiger kann man sich gegen ein Trinkgeld hifĂŒhren lassen, da es im Wirrwarr der Gassen nicht leicht aufzufinden ist. Das Hauspersonal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend; ich habe mich rundherum wohl gefĂŒhlt.
