We stayed at 3 riads in the Medina, this Riad was our favourite. Most comfortable beds. Best breakfast. Nicest rooftop surrounding scenery. It was the furthest Riad from the square that we stayed. We were unsure about the distance but it’s not far at all! Great staff. Would definitely stay again.

Difficult to find Riad in heart of the souks

My girlfriend and I spent two nights in this Riad as well as one other in Marrakech and one in Essaouira. The location of this was a little different to the others as this was right in the heart of the souks. The maze that is the markets is difficult to navigate at the best of times and despite being seasoned travellers, we found locating this Riad near enough impossible without asking the locals. There are very few street names visible in Marrakech and this Riad has no signage what so ever, including on the front door. Despite this it was a nice little Riad with an excellent breakfast, a nice roof top terrace and two lovely Riad cats. The owner even got up early to make us breakfast on the last day which was a nice touch. The downsides were no padlocks on the room doors (you need to trust your fellow neighbours!), a surprise ‘city tax’ at the end and a need to ring the door bell whenever you wanted to be let in. I am not sure how safe the sooks are late at night and you need to be good with your bearing even having found this place! I will sit on the fence with this rating….

Great location right in the Medina and easy and fast to go out & see stuff. Clean rooms, nothing fancy but if you want fancy book the Mamounia... Tip: As the prior posts already said it would be difficult to find I attach two photos how to find it: The first is the passage you need to find (don't follow google to the "closest point on the map": When coming from the south keep going straight ahead and follow the prolongation of rue Mouassine: Dar El Maâden, then you'll see the passageway with sign at the top on your left). Once you enter you'll directly see the signs on the second picture and from there no problem, just keep going...

Agréable séjour dans ce charmant et chaleureux Riad, au coeur de la médina, endroit très reposant surtout après une journée sur la place jemà ´el fn'a, petit déjeuné complet avec produit typique du Maroc , je recommande vivement cet établissement , très bon accueil

Muy difícil de encontrar. A pesar de que llamamos pasaron de ayudarnos. En la habitación el baño sin prácticamente luz. La habitación muy calurosa y con humedades, costaba respirar. Ni siquiera te dan una llave para tu habitación, se cierra con un cerrojo y te dicen que están ellos pendientes: seguridad nula. Una de las trabajadoras que nos atendió muy poco servicial. Se tuvo que levantar 15 minutos antes para el desayuno para que llegásemos a un autobús y ni siquiera nos dió los buenos días de lo mal que la sentó. Relación calidad-precio mala.

Lo mejor del Riad sin duda es su personal siempre dispuesto incluso a servirte un desayuno a las 5 y media de la mañana.Decoracion exquisita. Silencioso acogedor y encantador. Algo malo es que esta escondidoentre calles laberínticas. Siempre habrá alguien dispuesto a ayudarte a cambio de una propina.Todo en Marrakech funciona a cambio de propinas. Trataran de engañarte en cualquier trato o restaurante. Es axfisiante pasear por cualquier parte. Te piden la comida el agua dinero te ponen monos en la cabeza serpientes... incluso puedes verte pintada de Henna sin previo aviso El gobierno deberia hacer algo al respwcto. yo mientras no pienso volver.

Hotel familiar muy acogedor y muy bonito decorado.

Estancia muy agradable. Riad precioso. Desayuno muy bueno. Servicio muy bueno y muy amable. Como inconveniente es que tardaron mucho en tener las habitaciones disponibles a la llegada, ya que tuvimos una espera de más de 1 hora, para poder hacer uso de ellas. En la habitación que yo me alojé, el aire acondicionado funcionaba mal. En resumen, yu a pesar de ésto recomendaría éste Riad.
