The best Riad I ever stayed at !! Highly recommend

The stay at this riad was amazing !! The staff were very friendly and helpful and made the riad feel more of a home than a normal stay. The cleanliness is unmatched as they consistently keep it clean every single day. The riad is also securely gated so there is no worry for safety. I highly recommend this to everyone !!

The property was beautiful, the surrounding area, not so much. The breakfast was terrible, the person who checked us out tried to collect cash for the tourist tax and said initially they don’t take cards for it, which is not true. He was likely trying to pocket the money.

Gorgeous, relaxing stay at Kesali. The staff were super, very chilled atmosphere and breakfast was delicious. Room was really spacious and bed super comfy. Only slight negative is we could hear people in the room above when they were walking around (in what sounded like Dutch clogs!). Definitely have a massage - it was fantastic!

Nous avons été vraiment ravis de notre séjour grâce à Walid il a étais d’une gentillesse et très pro , Le petit déjeuner était savoureux et généreux, un vrai plaisir pour les papilles. Le personnel, toujours souriant et attentionné, a rendu notre expérience encore plus agréable. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe !

Séjour décevant. Chambre différente des photos, mal isolée, on entend tout. Responsable peu aimable. Service très long. L'hôtel laisse entrer des personnes extérieures à la piscine, rendant son accès difficile pour les clients. On a dû manger en plein soleil, sous 39°, faute de parasol. Boissons chères (3€ la bouteille d'eau non fraîche), aucun prix affiché, droit de bouchon imposé. Rien autour, et paiements en espèces exigés en fin de séjour. Points positifs: belle piscine, clim dans la chambre, femmes de chambre adorables. Mais ça ne suffit pas à rattraper les nombreux défauts.

Overall a nice place to stay and spend some relaxing days at the pool! the hotel and our room were nice and looked amazing. The breakfast we had remained mainly the same each morning without any choice given to you. For lunch and dinner you had the option to choose from a menu. Transportation through the hotel to get to the Medina was possible but at a very high price (get yourself the inDrive app which works just like Uber). The staff is super friendly but due to language barriers with the majority of the staff speaking no English some minor inconvenience came up here and there. Ps.: useful Information that caught us off guard, any remaining balance put on your room needs to be payed in cash at the end of your stay.

Reposant et magnifique.

Hammam, massage... excellent. Grande chambre bien équipée avec une douche et balcon immenses. Chauffage la nuit top. Repas comme à la maison et produits très bons. Personnel souriant et très gentil. Extérieur incroyable. Bref parfait ! Merci .

Good surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay.

Lovely place and staff. Would recommend for a quiet and stressfree vacation. Only minus was the bedrooms that are more planned for 2 persons not 3 as we were as their only one double bed and then a moroccan sofa for the 3rd person. Works well for maybe 1-2 nights but not for 1 week. Also breakfast was great but a lot of calories and carbs. Would be amazing if you offered some fruits or yoghurt. But overall experience was good and I would recommend you to visit this place!
