The service in the restaurant was outstanding: attentive, friendly, and professional. A special thank you to KAMAL, who was an absolute legend. He consistently looked after us and made sure our dinner experience was enjoyable every evening. He even took the time to practice French with my son, which meant a lot to us and really made our stay memorable. The room was superb — clean, comfortable, and exactly what you want after a long day. Twist in holiday due to medical emergency

Hotel was nice, beautiful surroundings and ambience. Unfortunately, we were terribly sick a few days before we left and we couldn't get immediate medical assistance from the on-site medical team as there was a holiday so we had to rush to the emergency hospital which was very scary and intense. The hospital medical staff were amazing and we are thankful for their service however the hotel should put some extra support in place incase thisbhappens again especially as it involved children. Otherwise it was a nice stay.
