Amazing 5 Bedroom Designer Bauhaus - 5 Mins from the Lake

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly home! Just 10 minutes drive from the center of Leipzig, 5 minute walk to the golf course and Cospundener Lake - our house is ideally situated for relaxation and fun!

Our home was constructed in 2015 with every detail outlined by us. It is a split level house, constructed over 5 floors with 5 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a study, playroom, utility room, living room, dining room and kitchen.

You can go the beach, to the golf course, do boating, wind- or kite surfing, stand up paddling, climbing forest, eat ice cream at the pier, drive to the Markkleeberg canoe and whitewater park, go on bike tours, barbecue, canoeing or spend a day in the amusement park Belantis and so much more :)

The ENTIRE property is available all to yourself.

On the day of arrival you can flexibly check in by yourself. We will send you all the information about it beforehand. If you miss something during your stay, we are always available for you.

Ein traumhafter Urlaub
Die Unterkunft und die Umgebung sind einfach traumhaft. Wir haben mit unseren Kindern und Enkelkindern eine wunderschöne Zeit erlebt. Das Haus ist einfach grandios, super ausgestattet, so dass sich alle Gäste von 5 Monaten bis 63 Jahren rundum wohl gefühlt haben. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Das Haus bietet alle Vorzüge um mit der Familie ein paar Tage gemeinsam zu verbringen. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man so benötigt. Außerdem ist die Lage verkehrsgünstig zur Erholung und Versorgung.

Sehr schönes großes Haus mit Platz für alle (7 Erw, 4 Kinder) Spielmöglichkeiten für die Kinder, grossem Garten mit Grill, möglicher Mitnutzung von Fahrrädern und SUP, 7 min zu Fuss zum See. Auf jedenfall zu empfehlen!
