Beautiful Farmhouse set in Lincolnshire countryside
We are a very rural farm, set in acres of farmland with only a few houses up at the farm. This detached cottage is located close to the market town of Market Rasen, on the edge of the beautiful Lincolnshire Wolds. Private hot tub in garden. 1 hours private Access to indoor heated pool each day which is part of the spa at a different building.
This detached farmhouse is located close to the market town of Market Rasen, on the edge of the beautiful Lincolnshire Wolds.
Ground Floor:
Living/dining room: With wood burner, 42" Freeview TV, DVD player, CD player, iPod dock and French doors leading to garden.
Kitchen: With breakfast area, electric double oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.
Bedroom 1: With double bed, twin beds and en-suite with shower over bath, and toilet.
Separate toilet.
First Floor:
Bedroom 2: With double bed and en-suite with shower cubicle and toilet.
Bedroom 3: With double bed and en-suite with shower cubicle and toilet.
Bedroom 4: With double bed.
Bedroom 5: With double bed.
Bathroom: With shower over bath, and toilet.
Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Logs for wood burner need to be brought by yourselves. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Lawned garden with patio and garden furniture.
Please note: There is an unfenced lake in grounds, 30 yards .

Explore the nearby Lincolnshire Wolds with its many country pubs to stop and take refreshment, or visit Market Rasen racecourse for a day out. Lincoln is less than 30-minute drive away and is well-known for its cathedral, castle with the Magna Carta visitors’ centre, as well as a huge range of shops and entertainment for all the family.
