Alloca Beach Shack - Contemporary take on a 1950's beach shack

North facing warm and bright shack that makes the most of the sun all year. Large louvres capture sea breezes throughout the building. It is situated opposite a reserve with dirt bike paths, the house is 200m walking distance to the two main beaches with a quiet off-road walking path directly in front of the property that cuts through to the popular penguin point beach. There is a large deck to enjoy the surrounding natural vegetation equipped with festoon lighting. You might say hello to our resident sleepy lizards and local family of emus.

Recommend children above 2 yrs due to deck heights and outside stairs.

Perfect Place to get away
