Nossa estadia no hotel não foi satisfatória, pois ao chegar na recepcão com a reserva no site da Hoteis .com o atendente demorou muito para me atender,ficou fazendo outro serviço para depois me atender, pediu umas 04 vezes o numero da reserva, meu carro ficou na rua porque no estacionamento disse que não entrava uma camionete, o quarto foi decepcionante um colchão duro, comum nem de mola era.

Hotel bom. A cama não é a mais confortável. Arrumação das camareiras foi bem por cima. O café da manhã embora tivesse muitas opções, os bolos estavam velhos ou secos e demoravam para repor os alimentos que faltavam. O atendimento na recepção foi ótimo e o serviço de estacionamento excelente. Voltaríamos pela localização, que é bem prática por ser central e perto de pontos turísticos.

Cobrança por usar um prato um garfo e uma faca

Achei muita avareza!! Fui bem recebido e atendido, fiquei com dois apartamentos um p mim e minha esposa e um para meu filho e sua namorada, pedi um prato, uma faca e um garfo, me foi cobrado 10,00 (vale registrar que me foi avisado qto a cobrança, só não passou o valor) paguei, porém me chateou um pouco e me fez perder o encanto pelo hotel, afinal 5% de uma diária por um prato/talher, não é nem pelo valor mais pela atitude , causa um certo mal estar, o que me faz repensar em voltar a nos hospedar novamente, o hotel em si é seus funcionários nada a reclamar, somente a avareza que me chateou um pouco, achei desnecessário

Precisei de um quarto em um sábado a noite, optei por este hotel pela localização, mas o que encontrei foi um quarto sujo, e mal conservado que, só não devolvi por estar com um filho recém nascido. O pior é que o preço cobrado é o mesmo de opções infinitamente melhores. Pelo menos tem (alguns) funcionários atenciosos

Hotel nunca é 4 estrelas, quem sabe há 20 anos!! Pode ser considerado um 2 estrelas. Cama boa. No entanto, o quarto é velho, o banheiro velho e sujo, ou melhor, muito sujo, com resíduos da hospedagem anterior. Café da manhã com pão velho, seco e duro, pratos molhados e funcionário que só fica teclando no celular, não se importa nem quando se pede alguma coisa. Única coisa boa é a localização no centro da cidade. Considero que o Hoteis.com precisa fazer uma avaliação real dos hotéis para não lesar o consumidor.
