The Golden Dream opens its doors to you in a beautiful wooded and peaceful residence facing the lagoon in the Bellevue district near Marigot and on the Dutch side.Located on the first level (second floor for American people), it benefits from a magnificent view of the lagoon and the residence's swimming pool. The sunset will delight you from the terrace where you can enjoy your meals or relax on the soft sofa!The living room is composed of an open kitchen, fully equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, Nespresso, toaster, filter coffee maker, kettle, etc.), a living room with a convertible sofa for 2 people and a connected TV.One bedroom has a king size bed, a closet with hanging space, a safe, an en suite bathroom and even a small balcony!

The toilets are independent.You would benefit from access to the residence's swimming pool and a parking space.The apartment is fully air conditioned and has WiFi.Linen is provided free of charge (towels, beach towels and sheets).

The duration of these disruptions can vary depending on the situation. The accommodation is equipped with a water reserve with chlorine which can help you out in the event of a water cut. the island of Saint Martin has been constantly evolving since Hurricane Irma, so there may be new construction and renovations. It's also a festive island where music can be heard carried on the wind. We are on a tropical island where insects are common, and even though we regularly treat our accommodations, the climate and the presence of food or garbage undoubtedly attract them.
