Ever spent your holiday in a beautifully restored Art Nouveau villa? Complete with a rustic wood-burning stove and a charming turret room? With sauna and fitness room? Although the market square is just a three-minute walk away, you can unwind in the 2,000 m² shared garden with multiple barbecue spots, a terrace and a campfire area. Start your day right – with the aroma of fresh coffee and organic eggs from our very own hens at the Kräuterhaus Forchheim.

Located on the second floor of the historic Villa Stark, this beautifully designed holiday apartment has all rooms accessible from the hallway: a turret room with wood-burning stove and sweeping views, a spacious kitchen overlooking greenery, three bright, generous bedrooms and a cosy children’s room. The idyllic garden behind the house – filled with vines, cherries, apples, plums, blackberries and raspberries – invites you to relax in the middle of the mountain town of Marienberg. In the evening, the campfire spot is perfect for romantic or cosy gatherings. Furry friends are welcome and can roam freely in the fenced area. Hand sanitiser is provided. Beds are freshly made for each guest, and both a hand towel and bath towel are ready for you.

Wir haben ein schönes Wochenende in Marienberg verbracht. Die Unterkunft war klasse. Die Sauna himmlisch. Leider ist der Garten nicht umzäunt, was für Gäste mit Hunden schade ist. Aber die Umgebung bietet dafür viele schöne Routen.

Unsaubere Ferienwohnung. Die gesamte Unterkunft war nicht so, wie sie beschrieben war. Alte Möbel, ein Zimmer war abgeschlossen, unsauberes Bett, dreckiges Geschirr, Hühnerkacke draußen überall, keinen Parkplatz vor der Tür (nur zum Be-und Entladen. Alte Möbel draußen- verrostete Schrauben in alten Brettern usw.

herzlich und zuvorkommend

Wir fuhren im Juli 22 für eine Woche nach Marienberg, eine wunderschöne Stadt inmitten des Erzgebirges. Einchecken war ein bisschen kompliziert, weil nicht klar war, welche Räume wir nutzen konnten, auch machte das W-LAN Probleme. All das wurde durch die Herzlichkeit unserer Gastgeber aber wieder mehr als gut gemacht. Wir fühlten uns willkommen und nutzten Marienberg als Basis für viele tolle Ausflüge ins in die nähere Umgebung. Wir waren auch in einem tollen Waldbad, bei der Hitze ein wahres Paradies. Sehr zufrieden

Wir waren mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden. Die Zimmer sind mit viel Herz gestaltet. Alles war sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die kleine Holzofensauna war leider nicht im Preis inbegriffen. Das war ein wenig schade. Ansonsten war es wirklich eine ganz tolle Unterkunft.

Very nice but overpriced stay

The location is perfect as well as the service from the host! :-) It is very nice with a garden, deck and pool. However it is SHARED which is not stated in the description, and in that regard I think it is overpriced. Besides that the pool is not situated in the garden but somewhat more next to the parking lot.. As mentioned By others the kitchen and dining area is very small (and on my behalf not suitable for 4 adults and 4 kids). The appartment (4-5 rooms in a pensionate where you rent the whole appartment) is on the the top floor. Best regards Mia

Eine traumhafte Oase mitten im Erzgebirge

Die Wohnung war wirklich ein Traum und so schön eingerichtet, dass man sich sofort wohl gefühlt hat. Das ganze Haus und der Garten wurden von den netten Vermietern so liebevoll und kunstvoll gestaltet, dass man auch bei schlechtem Wetter gerne Zeit in der Unterkunft verbracht hat. Der Garten mit den Hühnern und Enten war super für die Kinder und wir Eltern konnten entspannen. Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen.

Tolles Mädels-We mit Kunst

Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2. OG. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und individuell eingerichtet! Die Küche mit Essbereich war für so viele Personen (7+3 Kleinkinder) leider sehr klein. Der Außenbereich ist weitläufig, Hühner und Laufenten laufen frei herum. Sehr schön war außerdem, dass alle 3 Autos auf dem Grundstück parken konnten.

Tolles Objekt

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in dieser wunderschönen und besonderen Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Aufgrund des tollen Wetters haben wir die Sauna nicht getestet, dafür aber ausgiebig den tollen Garten. Ein besonderes Highlight für die Kinder waren die freilaufenden Hühner und Enten. Herzlichen Dank an die nette Vermieterfamilie. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Wir hatten tolle Ostertage in der Villa Stark. Die Familie war sehr lieb, hatten immer ein offenes Ohr für uns. Konnten Sauna nutzen und abends gemütlich ein Lagerfeuer machen und den Grill nutzen. Die Ferienwohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet und es ist alles vorhanden was man so brauch. Können wir sehr weiterempfehlen und kommen sicher gerne wieder.

Gut mit Verbesserungspotenzial.

Bei Ankunft war leider niemand da , aber dies lies sich schnell klären. Sehr nette Familie , sehr gastfreundlich. In der Beschreibung geht für mich nicht so richtig hervor das sich die Ferienwohnung im 2.Stock befindet. Es gab etwa 9 gemütliche Schlafplätze aber zu wenige Gläser. Die Ferienwohnung ist schön eingerichtet , mit Liebe zum Detail , sauber und es ist alles notwendige da. Leider gabs ein Missgeschick mit dem Ofen , so dass die ganze Wohnung voll blauem Qualm war und es wirklich unangenehm roch und wir bedenken hatten. Der Garten ist schön und groß , allerdings lauern einige Stolperfallen und Gefahren . Unseren Kleinen (4 , 4 , 1 ) hat die Rutsche super gefallen.
