Great bathroom/shower. Comfortable bed. Lights too low, breakfast abysmal. Crude printing on window of lobby indicating that no rooms were available. Tacky. Staff on check in was nice and helpful.

Please request a room located on the north side. The south side has a car wash that has a buzzer that goes off every time a car goes thru the automatic wash.

The maid was very nice, check in was ok. The room was not properly cleaned. Hair in the tub. Mattresses were broken and the bedding was not changes on one. Okd and needs up dating. No breakfast thats advertised. Had to listen to a figgt in the room bext door. Was awoken too the guy beating the door and window cussing at one in tge morning. Had to call front desk on my cell phone because phone in the room did not work. Overall i was charged for a double room should not have been. Will not stay in that hotel again... Should have been rrefunded but they didnt want to. ... Very upset with the service and hotel.

We've stayed there several times and couldn't ask for better. Everything was nice, clean, and comfortable.

There was an air-conditioning unit sitting in the middle of the lobby floor when we checked in. The first room we were given had pizza boxes on the bed and things thrown around the room. We were told that the prior guest must not have checked out. The second room was a non-smoking room that smelled of smoke, and the TV did not work. The room was clean, but the wood furniture was old and chipped and the upholstery on the chairs was stained. TV was fixed on our second day. Dirty linens were left on the outside walkways. Would not stay here again.

As you know, This area hit by hurricane. and we are passing through lots of trouble, we just took over this place just week before the hurricane. we did not get the chance to upgrade the place, during the hurricane the place became worse than before without electricity and water. we are working very hard to make this place nice, neat and clean. we will be happy to welcome you again. your opinion is very important for us.
