Large property big enough for 10 people to have their own space. Children loved the pool

Property is large and spacious with all equipment required for a pleasant stay. Some of the property requires updating especially the air conditioning units. This needs looking at in upstairs bedroom as gives off a foul unpleasant smell and there is no air conditioning in the bedrooms within the main property. The children loved the pool and were in it all hours of the day. The location was great very central within easy reach of places we wanted to visit. Owners of property were very accomdating and helpful throughout our stay. Thank you

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt. Das Haus war sehr sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und man hatte genügend Platz für die ganze Familie. Die Hausbesitzer waren super zuvorkommend, alles wurde sofort erledigt und der Kontakt war unkompliziert. Wir können dieses Haus nur vom Herzen weiterempfehlen.

Für Radsportler sehr gut gelegen

Vermietung und Übergabe hat sehr gut geklappt. WLAN hat nicht funktioniert wir aber repariert. Ausstattung Küche Messer Töpfe Schüsseln könnte besser sein. Wir kommen wieder.

The house and the yard is bigger and in my opinion better than it appear in the pictures. Nice and smooth communication with the owner. Some noise from dogs and roosters in the neighborhood that some might find disturbing.

Tolles Haus!

Ein sehr schönes Stadthaus, dass 1911 erbaut wurde. Maria de Salut ist sehr ursprünglich, in der Nähe gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt und einige Cafés. Ein Auto sollte man unbedingt haben, der Bus (403) fährt nicht so häufig. Von Sineu kann man bequem mit der Bahn bis nach Palma fahren.

TOP Unterkunft - gemütlich, praktisch, geräumig - einfach klasse!

Ich war bei dem Preis echt skeptisch - unberechtigter Weise: es handelt sich um eine tolle Anlage - die überdachte Terrasse ist mega gemütlich, überall Kerzenständer, tolle Sitzecke, die Pool-Area riesig, unsere 5 Kinder und wir 5 Erwachsenen hatten riesigen Spaß. Die Zimmer sind gemütlich und alles ist sehr sauber. Einzig die Küchenausstattung könnte verbessert werden (10 Pfannen aber keine Salatschüssel). Die Kaffeemaschine wurde 3x ausgetauscht (der Vermieter war echt bemüht und präsent), aber leider war keine voll funktionstüchtig. Aber das spielt im Urlaub eine untergeordnete Rolle. Die Lage ist mitten im Ort, nicht leicht zu finden in diesem Labyrinth - deshalb hier der ultimative Tipp: orientiert euch an der Kirche - wenn diese rechter Hand ist der links abknickenden Straße folgen, die 2. rechts abbiegen und dann ist es das Anwesen an der nächsten Kreuzung links. Auch tolle Joggingstrecken rund um den Ort, was uns auch wichtig war. Zum Platja Moro sind es 18 min. Fahrt, nach Palma 45 min. Absolut empfehlenswert!!!

Herrliches altspanisches Landhaus

Die Villa liegt in einem ruhigen Ort, fussläufig sind jedoch ein paar Bars und ein Restaurant erreichbar. Sehr urig, mit sehr sympathischen Menschen. Typisch mallorquinisch. Die Villa ist auf den Fotos großzügiger fotografiert, dennoch war für uns (9 Personen) ausreichend Platz. Wir haben die Finca sauber und mit allem ausgestattet vorgefunden, und wenn es an etwas mangelte, ist der Besitzer sofort zur Stelle. Vielen Dank und es war eine schöne Möglichkeit/ein toller Ort dem Alltag zu entfliehen.
