Nice enough but out of all the places we stayed on our trip the unit was similar in price but the lowest standard of all. The bathroom was very cramped, the shower only had a shower curtain. The room was not serviced properly and I had to go to reception to request a wash cloth and some milk. The staff responded well and sorted it out. The fridge didn't have it's own cupboard and was noisy. The TV screen size was small. For many years most places had small TVs this size but on this trip all rooms had a large screen except this room.

It felt like stepping back in time throw back era. The nature around the resort is very nice with the cute little creek it’s so quiet and peaceful the staff were so friendly and efficient. I’d say it might need a renovation here and there But it actually had a smart tv which is great u can login and continue watching from ur home away from home. Also very conveniently close to the beach and town.

Bed was comfortable and staff on the property were helpful. Shower had good water pressure and stayed hot. WIFI at night was a little patchy. Bins were not emptied once during our 4 day stay and the garden matter that blew in when the back door was opened not vacuumed. No chair or suitable place to work.

We want to say a huge thank you to Grande Escape Resort for making us feel super welcome and enjoy our 2 night stay. We enjoyed chatting with the receptionist Linda, the manager Bethany, and the other staff members too. The dinner we had was delicious and highly recommended. The rooms were clean and consisted of everything we needed, and we enjoyed exploring the grounds and taking pics of the beautiful nature surrounding the rooms. Highly recommend!!

We stayed in the 2-room unit and there was plenty of space for the family. The kids enjoyed the putt-putt course and the pool (although very cold). Easy driving distance to downtown Margaret River. Staff were very friendly. Enjoyed out stay, would visit here again.

Great value short ride down to a fabulous coast I got there later than expected and they were happy to have me come over to their restaurant, which is a few meters from theHotel Gemma was super helpful The cleaning staff must be highly motivated, and the carpet was kept so clean. We had a lovely 3 day stay - the room was large and incredibly comfortable! Snd in a great easy location. However, despite there being a fridge, microwave and dishes provided, housekeeping never washed them or emptied our bin, which was overflowing onto the floor by the time we left.

All rather dated and in need of a refresher. Not close enough to walk into town and taxis hit and miss. Clean and good shower. Margaret River has very little in accommodation.
